Privacy
Zero Float collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no advertising and no analytics. The app contains no networking code at all, so it cannot send anything anywhere — it works identically in Airplane Mode.
Zero Float is published by Stack & Stone Limited.
What the app stores
Your progress — finished puzzles, scores, times, difficulty levels, booked leave, monthly baselines, your first-launch self-assessment and your reminder preferences — is kept in a single file inside the app’s own sandbox on your device. It holds nothing that identifies you: no name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or payment details. Deleting the app deletes it.
iCloud (optional)
So that a reinstall or a new phone does not erase your history, the app mirrors that progress into your own iCloud account. It is your iCloud, not ours: we cannot read it and are not told it exists. Turn it off in Settings › [your name] › iCloud. Apple’s handling of it is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Game Center (optional)
If you sign in to Game Center, the app submits two numbers — your total score and your best single day — plus the identifiers of achievements you have earned. Nothing else: not your nickname, player identifier or friends list. Apple collects and processes that data under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Declining Game Center restricts nothing in the app.
Notifications (optional)
Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. The app has no push entitlement and no server, so nothing can be sent to you remotely.
Sharing a result
Share cards are rendered on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is transmitted by Zero Float; what happens to the image afterwards is governed by the app you send it to.
No third parties
No advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or attribution SDKs. No Advertising Identifier (IDFA), no tracking prompt, no social login. Nothing is sold, shared or disclosed to anyone, because we hold nothing.
Permissions
Notifications are the only permission the app can ever ask for. It cannot request access to your camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, calendars, health data or Bluetooth.
Children
Zero Float is rated 4+. It has no user-generated content, no in-app purchases and no advertising. It is not directed at children, and it collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have rights over personal data a company holds about you. Stack & Stone Limited holds none about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or erase. To remove what is on your device, delete the app; for the iCloud copy, see above. Data held by Apple through iCloud or Game Center is subject to your rights against Apple.
